Where I am useful

Matters where the question is what was actually built, what a reasonable contractor would have done, or whether a scope of work supports the conclusion drawn from it.

Holding both the building and roofing certifications means the building envelope and the roofing system can be addressed by one witness rather than two.

Documentation

I build evidence systems for a living. Photographs, timestamps, chain of custody and version history are how my own platform records work — so a file I hand over is organised for scrutiny rather than assembled after the fact.
