A short description of the problem and the deadline you are working to. For expert-witness enquiries, the matter type, the jurisdiction and the date you need an opinion by.

That is genuinely enough for a first reply. Detailed documents can wait until we have established there is a fit — there is no sense in you assembling a file for someone who turns out to be the wrong person for it.

What happens next

You get a straight answer about whether this is something I can help with. If it is not, I will say so and, where I can, point you at what would be more useful.

Conflict checks come before anything substantive on expert-witness work, so please name the parties involved in your first message.

Based in Clermont, Florida. Expert-witness and technical-review work is Florida, where the licences are issued. Systems work is not geographically limited — that is built and delivered remotely.
